Job Description

We are looking for creative individuals who are at the forefront of trends to plan engaging and impactful content and activities. We also welcome those who love observation and expression to create great content with us, showing more people the unique approach of Papegames. You will be involved in employer brand content and communication planning, including talent stories, hot topics, and campus communication. You will support the creative content production and daily operation of new media platforms. You will participate in the planning, creative execution, and communication implementation of various campaigns, and collect industry/campus culture and social platform trends to plan creative topics and activities. You will also participate in employer brand building work, demonstrating keen data analysis and insight capabilities.
Good To Have:
  • Journalism/Communication/Advertising/Chinese/Marketing majors preferred
  • Long-term internship in advance is preferred
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Love content and creativity, like storytelling, love ACG culture, sensitive to internet hot topics
  • Experience in written expression, content creation, new media operation
  • Active thinking, strong curiosity and learning ability, willing to try new forms, strong execution ability
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Portfolio submission is required

Job Description

1. Participate in employer brand content and communication planning, including talent stories, hot topics, and campus communication.

2. Support the creative content output and daily operation of new media matrix (WeChat Official Account, Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, LinkedIn, etc.).

3. Participate in the planning, creative execution, and communication implementation of various campaigns, including but not limited to content, promotional videos, and campus/industry events.

4. Collect industry/campus culture and social platform trends, analyze and plan creative topics and gameplay.

5. Participate in EVP research and other employer brand building work, with keen data analysis and insight capabilities.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major not limited, Journalism/Communication/Advertising/Chinese/Marketing majors preferred.

2. Love content and creativity, like storytelling, love ACG culture, sensitive to internet hot topics.

3. Possess certain experience in written expression, content creation, and new media operation.

4. Active thinking, strong curiosity and learning ability, willing to try new forms, strong execution ability to implement ideas.

5. Good teamwork and communication skills, long-term internship in advance is preferred.
