nexos.ai is seeking a General Manager to establish and lead its presence in the UK and Ireland. This strategic and hands-on role involves creating a commercial foothold, overseeing local operations, and building a high-impact team. The General Manager will be responsible for market entry, partnerships, and performance, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborating with global leadership to shape strategy and deliver growth in the enterprise AI integration sector.

You will be the in‑country business leader, responsible for market entry, partnerships, and performance. This means everything from meeting senior executives at enterprise clients, to ensuring our legal and operational foundations are solid, to hiring and coaching top talent.

You’ll report to our Chief Commercial Officer and work alongside global leadership to shape strategy, adapt our offerings locally, and deliver results that build toward long‑term growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop lasting, trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (including CEOs, CIOs, and CX leaders).
• Represent nexos.ai publicly - with clients, industry events, media, and policy forums.
• Position nexos.ai as a leader in AI orchestration and enterprise AI integration.
• Be the face of nexos.ai locally, demonstrating our values in every partnership and engagement.
• Oversee the formation and running of the local entity - legal setup, compliance, banking, payroll, and day‑to‑day administration.
• Recruit, onboard, and inspire a high‑performance local team in sales, operations, and client delivery.
• Ensure local processes align with nexos.ai standards while meeting country‑specific requirements.

• Business & Leadership - a proven record of leading a business unit, startup, or P&L - preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise services.
