You’ll own both strategy and execution, building a dynamic test-and-learn roadmap, accelerating automation and personalization, and ensuring every message reflects the authentic voice and needs of our sellers.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead the global CRM strategy for B2C sellers, from onboarding through retention, leveraging AI to develop 1:1 personalized experiences at scale.
  • Own CRM performance metrics and deliver against clear growth KPIs (Gross Merchandise Value, engagement, action adoption).
  • Design the global seller lifecycle, including automated journeys and personalized communications across email and in-product messaging.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of 10+ CRM managers and campaign specialists across regions.
  • Partner with Data Science, MarTech and CRM AI Transformation teams to advance segmentation, dynamic content, AI-powered personalization, and experimentation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Global Seller Marketing, Product, and Seller Experience teams to align CRM programs with strategic seller initiatives.
  • Define CRM testing frameworks, run A/B and multivariate tests, and use insights to optimize performance continuously.
  • Represent seller CRM in global planning forums, influencing strategy and investment decisions.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of experience in technology, marketplaces or analytical functions with a proven track record of using technology, data and AI to drive measurable customer and business growth.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven success developing and scaling CRM programs in a B2C or marketplace environment.
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, contact strategy, and automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM analytics and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Passion for e-commerce and seller empowerment.
