Job Summary
The Enterprise Account Manager is an experienced business development professional focused on finding new opportunities for Motorola Solutions' security and safety ecosystem. This role supports and drives positive business outcomes for large enterprise customers and acquires target accounts. Responsibilities include designing strategic account plans, generating new business, acting as the primary contact, leading meetings and presentations, supporting long-term system management, creating designs and quotes, building relationships, collaborating with internal teams, providing portfolio updates, attending trade shows, and achieving revenue targets.
Must Have
- Design, build and execute a comprehensive strategic account plan
- Generate new opportunities for Motorola’s portfolio
- Act as the lead contact for assigned enterprise accounts
- Schedule and lead regular in person and virtual meetings
- Support enterprise customers with long term planning and management
- Create system designs, quotes and implementation plans
- Develop and maintain close relationships within assigned accounts
- Work collaboratively with other teams across the organization
- Schedule cadence meetings with key stakeholders
- Attend trade shows and other relevant events
- Deliver accurate revenue and opportunity forecasts
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and Google Suite
- 3+ years experience in Sales, Security Solutions, IT, or SaaS
- Strong technical sales acumen
- Ability to present complex solutions to customers
- Proven record of achievement in delivering results and developing collaborative relationships
- Strong time management skills and efficiency
- Ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Ability to travel throughout North America

Job Description
Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, the Enterprise Account Manager is an experienced business development professional, who is highly motivated to find new opportunities for Motorola solutions security and safety ecosystem. The Enterprise Account Manager is experienced in working with complex organizations, IT infrastructure and business applications. This role is responsible for supporting and driving positive business outcomes for our largest enterprise customers as well as acquiring assigned target accounts.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design, build and execute a comprehensive strategic account plan to support and drive growth for each of the assigned enterprise end user accounts
- Generate new opportunities for Motorola’s portfolio within assigned existing and target accounts, including new solutions, system expansions and upgrades
- Act on behalf of Motorola Solutions as the lead contact for assigned enterprise accounts
- Schedule and lead regular in person and virtual meetings, such as site-walks, demos and presentations
- Support enterprise customers with long term planning and management of their Motorola security systems
- Create system designs, quotes and implementation plans of our security solutions
- Develop and maintain close relationships within assigned accounts including, multiple business units, relevant integrators and consultants
- Work collaboratively with other teams across the entire organization to support opportunities, customers and drive revenue in the region
- Schedule cadence meetings with key stakeholders provide updates of the Motorola Solutions portfolio (Lunch and Learns, webinars, on-site meetings/demos)
- Attend trade shows and other relevant events as approved by manager
- Deliver accurate revenue and opportunity forecasts as needed by the business and meet or exceed revenue targets
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and Google Suite to build and track detailed account and opportunity information
Additional Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in one the following: Sales, Security Solutions, IT, SaaS
- Strong technical sales acumen and ability to present complex solutions to customers
- Proven record of achievement in delivering results and developing collaborative relationships
- Strong time management skills and efficiency are required, and candidates must have the ability to manage several priorities simultaneously
- Ability to travel throughout North America, as needed
Target Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 CAD
Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
