Job Summary
Blis is seeking a dynamic Sales Director for its Chicago team, a hybrid role focused on driving revenue from brands and agencies as an Individual Contributor. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role involves owning the Mid-West/West Coast revenue strategy, building client relationships, and closing new business. The ideal candidate will have strong existing relationships, a proven ability to grow accounts, and expertise in digital advertising, particularly programmatic and location-based data.
Must Have
- Own and drive Mid-West/West Coast revenue strategy
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline

Job Description
We're looking for a dynamic Sales Director to join our growing team. This is a hybrid role.
As an Individual Contributor, you’ll report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key role in driving revenue from both brands and agencies. You won’t be managing a team, but you will be at the forefront of growing our presence across key verticals.
We’re looking for someone who brings strong existing relationships with agencies and direct brands, a proven ability to grow accounts, and a hunger for uncovering new opportunities. A deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape is essential, and experience in categories like Automotive, CPG, QSR, Retail, and Travel is a big plus.
