Job Summary

We're looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our growing Chicago team. This is a hybrid role. As an Individual Contributor, you’ll report directly to the VP of Sales, Midwest/West and play a key role in driving revenue from both brands and agencies. You won’t be managing a team, but you will be at the forefront of growing our presence across key verticals. The ideal candidate brings strong existing relationships with agencies and direct brands, a proven ability to grow accounts, and a hunger for uncovering new opportunities, along with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.

Must Have

  • Own and drive the Midwest/West Coast revenue strategy, with a focus on high-impact accounts
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline and consistently close new business
  • Cultivate deep relationships with clients and agencies through exceptional service and campaign results
  • Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan
  • Strong network of agency and client-direct relationships across the Midwest/West Coast
  • Proven track record of developing and closing new business
  • Expertise in digital media, including programmatic, location-based data, and analytics
  • Results-driven mindset with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit aligned with Blis’ inclusive culture and sustainability initiatives
