GIANTS Software, a successful game developer known for "Farming Simulator," is seeking a Junior Account Manager in Erlangen, Germany. This full-time role involves building and expanding relationships with international business partners, managing day-to-day accounts, and acquiring new partners through various channels, including on-site visits. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of account management experience, a background in agriculture, excellent communication, and native-level German with fluent English.

Must Have

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with international business partners
  • Handle day-to-day account management via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new business partners, including planning and conducting on-site visits
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner visits in Germany and abroad
  • 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, or a similar role
  • Background or strong interest in agriculture
  • Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of service orientation, reliability, and proactivity
  • Independent, well-organized work style with attention to detail
  • Native-level German and fluent English skills

Good to Have

  • Passion for video games
  • Good knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Class B driver’s license for business travel

Job Description

To strengthen our business development team, we are looking for a professional to build and maintain relationships with business partners worldwide.

You will work closely with and report to the company’s Account Manager, building relationships with business partners worldwide and maintaining existing partnerships.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand relationships with international business partners
  • Handle day-to-day account management via phone, email, and in-person meetings
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new business partners, including planning and conducting on-site visits
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and partner visits in Germany and abroad

Qualifications

What qualification and skills do we expect from you?

  • 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in Account Management, or a similar role
  • Background or strong interest in agriculture (e.g., practical experience or experience in an agriculture-related company)
  • Excellent communication skills and a cooperative, solution-oriented mindset
