Seeking a Generative AI Art Director to blend traditional art direction with AI tools. Responsibilities include creating general and branded content using platforms like Higgsfield, Midjourney, and Veo3. The role involves guiding the creative process from ideation to execution, applying expertise in design and brand development, and collaborating with Design and Marketing teams to deliver innovative, brand-consistent campaigns.
Good To Have:
  • Ability to blend AI-assisted animation tools (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Hailuo, Midjourney) with non-AI video production (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization of AI content pipelines.
  • Integrating n8n in producing a streamlined production workflow.
Must Have:
  • Drive the artistic vision for both general AI-generated content and branded campaigns.
  • Use AI tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Veo3, Stable Diffusion, and others.
  • Translate brand strategies, guidelines, and messaging into high-quality visuals.
  • Work closely with the Design and Marketing teams to deliver unified campaigns.
  • Continuously test new AI workflows, combining traditional design principles with cutting-edge generative tools.
  • Provide guidance to junior designers and cross-functional team members on effective uses of AI.
  • Ensure all content meets the highest standards of design, storytelling, and visual craft.
  • Minimum 2 years in art direction, graphic design, or related creative roles.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative platforms.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating branded campaigns and general creative explorations.
  • Skilled in non-AI creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Ability to pivot between experimental content creation and brand-aligned design.
  • Eagerness to experiment with emerging AI tools while maintaining strong artistic standards.

Description

We are seeking a forward-thinking Generative AI Art Director who can merge traditional art direction with the transformative power of AI-driven tools. In this role, you’ll be responsible for creating general content that leverages AI technologies as well as developing branded content that reflects client identities and storytelling needs. You will guide the full creative process, from ideation to execution, using platforms like Higgsfield, Midjourney, Veo3, and other emerging generative AI tools, while applying your expertise in design and brand development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Leadership: Drive the artistic vision for both general AI-generated content (concept explorations, experiments, trend-based visuals) and branded campaigns (identity-driven, client-facing assets).
  • AI Tool Expertise: Use tools such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Veo3, Stable Diffusion, and others to conceptualize and generate visual outputs, ensuring they are aligned with both brand and project goals.
  • Branded Content Creation: Translate brand strategies, guidelines, and messaging into high-quality visuals that maintain consistency across digital and physical platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Design and Marketing teams to deliver unified campaigns that balance innovative experimentation with brand integrity.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Continuously test new AI workflows, combining traditional design principles with cutting-edge generative tools to push creative boundaries.
  • Mentorship & Direction: Provide guidance to junior designers and cross-functional team members on effective uses of AI in design workflows.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all content, whether experimental or branded, meets the highest standards of design, storytelling, and visual craft.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years in art direction, graphic design, or related creative roles within agencies, studios, or in-house teams.
  • AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI creative platforms such as Higgsfield, Midjourney, Veo3, Runway, Stable Diffusion, or equivalents.
  • Design Foundation: Strong portfolio demonstrating branded campaigns and general creative explorations, showcasing mastery in typography, layout, and storytelling.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in non-AI creative tools Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and complementary creative software for production workflows.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to pivot between experimental content creation and brand-aligned design, balancing innovation with client needs.
  • Creative Curiosity: Eagerness to experiment with emerging AI tools while maintaining strong artistic standards.
