This sales leader's responsibilities will include leading our Dell Global Client business as the Team Dell Global Client Sales Director. This leader will manage the Intel client business with Dell Technologies globally and be responsible for Intel revenue and the relationships with Dell Technologies CSG business unit, including account management, executive relationships, revenue/volume and supply chain to support Dell global ISG business. This role reports to the Team Dell Global VP of Sales. As a manager, this individual will set priorities for the Dell client field team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance. This is a commissioned sales position. Works with wider Intel Account teams to develop and drive effective sales pipeline. Builds and maintains relationships with customers at all levels to influence their long term strategic direction, while promoting Intel's products and solutions. Determines the teams quantitative and qualitative targets in alignment with business units targets and strategic objectives and drives the team to achieve these goals. Ensures that best sales practices are followed to position Intel's brand, manage pipeline, and build customer relationships. Monitors and ensures steady business growth by spearheading business cycles, including prospecting, qualifying, and forecasting in the assigned accounts through partner ecosystem. Leads research efforts to understand the trends in market and competition landscape and pivots strategies for account teams to effectively close design win opportunities. Oversees consumer sales and marketing campaigns to improve Intel's brand and business position. Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results. Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.

$332,490.00-$469,390.00
Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
