Join Intel's Employee Experience and Engagement (E3) Team as a Studio Room Operator and Video Creator. This role involves managing projects and creating impactful visual content, including filming, editing, and photography, both in a professional studio and on location. You will be responsible for producing content that engages thousands of Intel employees worldwide, combining creativity with technical expertise in a global corporate environment. This is a temporary 36-month position.

Must Have:
  • Record and edit professional-quality video and audio content.
  • Manage live video streaming through corporate systems.
  • Capture stills and portraits, as well as on-location photography for events.
  • Independently operate studio equipment (lighting, sound, cameras).
  • Plan and produce video scripts, bring creative ideas, and initiate new content formats.
  • Schedule and coordinate recording sessions with IDC employees.
  • Edit, finalize, and publish videos and photos as a service to internal teams.
  • Travel to different Intel sites and events for photography and filming.
  • Collaborate with and manage multiple stakeholders while driving content initiatives.
  • Availability to work from the Haifa site at least twice a week.

Be part of the Employee Experience and Engagement (E3) Team of IDC. The team works on developing tools, methods, programs solutions to support the organization in achieving its cultural and organizational goals.

We are looking for a project manager and Video Creator (Filming, Editing and Photography) for our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for different projects, creating impactful visual content-both in our professional studio and on location reaching thousands of Intel employees.

Your role will include:

  • Record and edit professional-quality video and audio content.
  • Manage live video streaming through corporate systems.
  • Capture stills and portraits, as well as on-location photography for events across Israel.
  • Independently studio equipment-lighting, sound, and cameras.
  • Plan and produce video scripts, bring creative ideas, and initiate new content formats.
  • Schedule and coordinate recording sessions with IDC employees.

  • Travel to different Intel sites and events for photography and filming.

This is a temporary position for 36 months

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work from the Haifa site at least twice a week (other days can be in Petach Tiqua or Jerusalem + one day from home).
  • Hands-on experience in managing projects/ program/ events and in video recording, editing, and photography.
  • Solid knowledge in sound and lighting.
  • Ability to independently manage studio and field equipment.
  • Strong English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
