Job Description

TVH is seeking a hands-on Global eCommerce Merchandising Expert to join its E-commerce Merchandising Center of Excellence. This role is crucial for executing the Merchandising Roadmap, aligning with business objectives, and scaling TVH’s e-commerce merchandising capabilities. The expert will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce Platform teams to drive customer engagement and sales growth, focusing on proactive identification of opportunities and structured execution of tasks and projects.
Must have:
  • Act as merchandising ambassador, translating roadmap priorities into actionable tasks and projects.
  • Ensure seamless communication and drive alignment between Marketing, Sales, and E-commerce Platform teams.
  • Train and empower stakeholders to use our tools and follow best practices.
  • Work closely with E-commerce Marketing Specialists to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns and content strategies.
  • Create and manage training materials to onboard internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze and monitor Merchandising performance, leveraging insights to foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Good to have:
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS and merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve E-commerce Sales Performance.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of global and regional e-commerce trends and customer behaviors.
  • Proven ability to effectively align cross-functional teams around shared goals.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management with E-commerce, Marketing & Commercial management.
  • Detail oriented with a flexible and can do mentality.
  • Critical mindset to question the status quo and build a new Merchandising Center of Excellence.

Your Role

With 90% of the orders at TVH transacted via E-commerce, there is an increasing importance to build the right capabilities to boost the website performance. We continue to build out the E-commerce Merchandising Center of Excellence and are looking for a hands-on E-commerce Merchandising Expert to help us bring this vision to life. You will be a critical partner to the E-commerce Merchandising Lead, focusing on execution of building and scaling TVH’s e-commerce merchandising capabilities.

You will play a key role in executing the Merchandising Roadmap, aligned with business objectives and priorities. You will leverage your expertise in e-commerce and CMS and work closely with key stakeholders from Marketing, Sales, and the E-commerce Platform teams..

In your role, you make the Merchandising roadmap actionable, by proactively identifying e-commerce merchandising opportunities through tasks and projects that you take on end-to-end, ensuring a structured way of working.

This critical position drives collaboration with the E-commerce Marketing Specialists in the Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and content strategies across the platform, ultimately driving customer engagement and sales growth on E-commerce.

You will also be responsible for creating training materials together with the E-commerce Marketing Specialists to onboard internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding new developments and platform updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Together with the E-commerce Sales and Merchandising Lead you will act as the merchandising ambassadors, translating the merchandising roadmap priorities into actionable tasks and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and consistency across regions.
  • You will ensure seamless communication and drive alignment between Marketing, Sales, and the E-commerce Platform teams. You will also train and empower stakeholders to use our tools and follow best practices.
  • You work closely with the E-commerce Marketing Specialists to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns and content strategies across the e-commerce platform.
  • You create and manage training materials to onboard internal stakeholders, and communicate platform updates and new developments effectively.
  • You analyze and monitor Merchandising performance, leveraging insights to foster continuous improvement and innovation.

Your Profile

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS and merchandising strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, sales and E-commerce Platform teams.
  • Experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve E-commerce Sales Performance.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Knowledge of global and regional e-commerce trends and customer behaviors.
  • Proven ability to effectively align cross-functional teams around shared goals. Ability to guide and influence team members outside of direct reporting lines, ensuring strategies are implemented as determined while fostering collaboration for regional customization.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management with E-commerce, Marketing & Commercial management.
  • You are detail oriented with a flexible and can do mentality.
  • Your critical mindset helps to question the status quo and is key to building a new Merchandising Center of Excellence.
