Job Description

TVH is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager – Americas to lead one of our ecommerce platforms (B2B/B2C), with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering a seamless, customer-centric digital experience. This role is critical in enhancing customer retention and supporting new customer acquisition across the Americas region, and involves project and change management for successful ecommerce initiatives aligned with digital transformation goals.
Must have:
  • Shape the strategic vision for ecommerce initiatives by leveraging design thinking and agile methodologies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by aligning creative, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project plans, overseeing timelines, activities, and deliverables.
  • Drive proactive communication, tracking schedules and dependencies, identifying risks early, and removing obstacles.
  • Define the format, features, and user experience of the webshop.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
  • Lead the development and execution of the ecommerce roadmap.
  • Conduct A/B testing sprints to continuously optimize platform performance.
  • Define and manage the site navigation structure to align with product strategy and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze search behavior, sales data, and inventory levels to recommend efficient product catalog structure.
  • Implement enhancements to product presentation, ensuring consistency and clarity.
  • Continuously improve the user experience (UX) to support engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance through analytics, evaluate the impact of changes, and implement data-driven countermeasures.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecommerce, covering both commercial and technical metrics.
  • Track and analyze webshop performance, including conversion rates, funnel analytics, marketing ROI, and customer experience.
Good to have:
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • Experience with ecommerce (both B2B and B2C preferred).
  • Previous leadership experience in ecommerce or digital environments is preferred.

Ecommerce Manager - Americas

Full-time | Ecommerce| Location – Olathe, KS

TVH is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager – Americas to lead one of our ecommerce platforms (B2B/B2C), with a focus on driving sales growth and delivering a seamless, customer-centric digital experience.

As a key contributor to TVH’s global ecommerce strategy, you will play a critical role in enhancing customer retention and supporting the acquisition of new customers across the Americas region.

In addition to your direct responsibility for ecommerce performance, this role also involves project and change management, ensuring the successful delivery of ecommerce initiatives that align with our broader digital transformation goals.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

  • Shape the strategic vision for ecommerce initiatives by leveraging design thinking and agile methodologies to deliver impactful customer and business outcomes on time.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by aligning creative, business, and technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Develop and manage project plans, overseeing timelines, activities, and deliverables to execute ecommerce projects effectively.
  • Drive proactive communication, tracking schedules and dependencies, identifying risks early, and collaborating with teams to remove obstacles and keep projects on track.
  • Define the format, features, and user experience of the webshop to ensure clarity, ease of use, and a seamless customer journey.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements that support improvements to business processes, policies, and information systems.
  • Lead the development and execution of the ecommerce roadmap in close partnership with the Ecommerce Product Owner and internal/external development teams.
  • Conduct A/B testing sprints to continuously optimize platform performance.
  • Define and manage the site navigation structure to align with product strategy and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze search behavior, sales data, and inventory levels to recommend the most efficient product catalog structure for optimal platform performance.
  • Implement enhancements to product presentation, ensuring consistency and clarity across the ecommerce platform.
  • Continuously improve the user experience (UX) to support engagement, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance through analytics, evaluate the impact of changes, and implement data-driven countermeasures as needed.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in the field of digital/ecommerce
  • Experience with ecommerce (both B2B and B2C preferred), UX design, conversion rate optimization, and digital marketing.
  • Previous leadership experience in ecommerce or digital environments is preferred.
