Assistant accountant

To support our finance team on a temporary bases, we are looking for an accounting assistant for a long term replacement.

Your role and responsibilities

• Responsible for booking invoices
• Processing bank statements
• Reconciling invoices and payments
• Following up on outstanding invoices
• Preparing credit notes
• Maintaining contact with clients and the sales team

How to succeed / your profile

• You have a first experience in a similar role
• You have worked with an ERP system before
• You have a fluent knowledge of Romanian and a good knowledge of English
• You are available to join on a short notice after a positive recruitment process
