In this department, you will lead the management of overseas assignments (sending employees from Japan to overseas and receiving employees from overseas to Japan), compensation management and operational aspects related to overseas business trips, and vendor management including BPO. In addition to routine tasks, you will collaborate with overseas HR members and global organizations to resolve various issues, consider policies, and improve operations related to international talent exchange. There will be meetings in English, allowing you to work in a global environment.
The HR department actively implements job rotations within HR for development. By experiencing multiple different tasks, you will gain a multifaceted perspective and grasp the overall flow of the HR department. You will then define your career direction and gain experience to achieve your career goals.
