  • Builds trusted relationships across regions and functions through clarity and responsiveness
  • Stays focused on details without losing sight of cross-functional dependencies
  • Is energized by solving problems, enabling others, and delivering operational excellence
  • Acts in the best interest of the team and company—you’re accountable, passionate, and focused on results.

You’ll support Channel Account Managers (CAMs), ensure governance and compliance, and lead the partner experience across platforms like the CyberArk Partner Community. • Triage and resolve partner-related operational questions, requests, and escalations from the field
  • Lead the onboarding experience for new CAMs and partner-facing roles, ensuring alignment with program structure, tools, and processes
  • Manage program support channels, including the CPP inbox and Chatter threads, ensuring timely responses and resolution

Governance, Compliance & Performance Reporting:

  • Own the operational enforcement of program rules and policies, including tier eligibility, certification requirements, and benefit qualifications
  • Oversee audit readiness and support quarterly/annual compliance reviews in coordination with Legal, Finance, and RevOps
  • Validate partner records in Salesforce and coordinate with RevOps for proper hierarchy, segmentation, and benefit setup
  • Track and report compliance metrics and operational KPIs, highlighting issues and areas for remediation

Partner Experience & Platform Operations:

  • Manage partner content governance on Highspot, ensuring timely updates and clear organization for internal and external audiences
  • Serve as the day-to-day business lead for the CyberArk Partner Community platform (PC), coordinating enhancements and release testing with IT and RevOps
  • Maintain user documentation, release notes, and training guides to drive platform adoption and satisfaction
  • Deliver regular usage reporting, feedback collection, and cross-functional updates on platform performance

Initiative Implementation

  • Support field execution of initiatives owned by the Global Partner Programs team (e.g., new tier launches, regional campaigns, platform changes)
  • Localize global rollouts by providing hands-on CAM support, field training, and operational oversight
  • Surface regional feedback, adoption blockers, and success stories to inform future phases of rollout
