Job Summary
Job Description
KRAFTON is seeking a Global Service Policy Planner to research and analyze global and domestic game industry policies and laws. The role involves checking compliance with game service policies, supporting rating reviews, proactively responding to regulatory changes by collaborating with regulatory bodies and associations, conducting policy risk assessments, and minimizing risks. The goal is to support global game markets by researching legal and policy trends and enabling companies to provide services with minimized risks. The company is dedicated to publishing uniquely enjoyable games worldwide from renowned studios, continuously pushing boundaries with new challenges and technologies to captivate a larger fan base.
Must have:
- Responsible and diligent work ethic
- Systematic work execution skills
- High understanding of game services and industry
- English proficiency (document writing & communication)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- No disqualifications for overseas business trips
Good to have:
- Fluent in foreign languages (especially English)
- Work experience with game-related organizations
- Deep understanding of game services, law, and industry
- Major in Law, Public Administration, or related fields
- Over 5 years of experience in the game industry

- 정책 리스크 평가를 수행하며, 리스크를 최소화하는 역할을 담당
- 글로벌 게임 시장의 법률 및 정책 동향을 연구하고 기업이 리스크를 최소화하여 서비스할 수 있도록 지원

- 글로벌/국내 게임 관련 기관 및 협회와의 정책 교류 및 협력

- 분석적 사고 및 문제 해결 능력 보유
- 원활한 대인 관계 및 커뮤니케이션 능력 보유
- 해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 분

- 외국어 능통자 (특히 영어)
- 게임 관련 유관 기관, 단체, 연구소 등에서의 업무 경력

- 게임 산업 및 관련 분야에서 5년 이상의 경력 보유자
