Introducing Our Team (Project)
Publishing Div. 2 is dedicated to publishing games of various genres and platforms, including inZOI and Subnautica 2, striving to provide the best experience to the global gaming community. The Head of D2 Brand & Community Dept. is responsible for establishing and executing comprehensive global marketing strategies to enhance the brand value of the games under the division, strengthen player engagement, activate communities, and drive purchase conversion. This role involves executing innovative game marketing campaigns based on an understanding of each game's characteristics and target audience.
Missions to Join Our Team
- Lead the establishment and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for new and live service games
- Enhance the brand value of responsible games and promote participation and growth of global fan communities
- Lead collaboration with HQ internal organizations, regional business units, and external partners for successful campaign execution
- Resource and cost management and campaign performance analysis
We'd like to grow with someone who has these experiences! (Required Qualifications)
- 12+ years of experience in marketing or community management
- Experience overseeing product or brand marketing and managing relevant organizations
- Analytical mindset proficient in data analysis tools and metric-based decision making
- Strategic thinking and smooth communication skills to collaborate and influence executives and internal/external senior partners
- No disqualification for overseas business trips
If you have these experiences, you are the one we are looking for! (Preferred Qualifications)
- Extensive knowledge, data, and experience across the global gaming industry, transcending countries, platforms, and genres
- Multitasking ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Practical leadership experience across the entire lifecycle of game products, from launch marketing to live service
- Business-level or higher foreign language proficiency (English, Chinese, Japanese preferred)
- Work experience in a global environment
- Core gamer with rich experience and strong preferences
