160over90 is seeking an Account Executive to join their communications team in Dubai, supporting a high-profile global client in premium sports like golf, cricket, and F1. The role involves supporting day-to-day communications activities, including media outreach, reporting, social listening, event support, and content development. The Account Executive will work with internal teams and client stakeholders to execute campaigns and contribute to storytelling for global audiences. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of PR or marketing experience and a passion for sport and culture.

Must Have:
  • Support the delivery of integrated communications campaigns across a wide portfolio of sports and partnerships.
  • Assist in preparing PR materials, including press releases, media summaries, and briefing documents.
  • Track media coverage, compile reports, and help identify insights from performance data.
  • Monitor social and cultural trends to help inform proactive storytelling opportunities.
  • Liaise with internal teams (strategy, creative, partnerships, production) to ensure communications alignment across projects.
  • Help coordinate logistics and materials for events, shoots, or client activations as needed.
  • Conduct research to support journalist outreach, trend reports, and competitor monitoring.
  • Maintain internal and client-facing documents, calendars, and trackers to ensure work stays on time and on brief.
  • 1–2 years of experience in communications, PR, social media, or marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong writing and editing ability from press releases to social copy.
  • Comfortable preparing media materials and coordinating media monitoring.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn).
  • Understanding of digital content formats and influencer marketing basics.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to handle multiple tasks across different workstreams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic content/reporting tools.

The Role and What You’ll Do:

Seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing communications team, supporting one of the agency’s most high-profile global clients. The account spans multiple premium sports including golf, cricket, F1, sailing, and more giving you the chance to work on major campaigns with cultural impact.

As Account Executive, you will support day-to-day communications activities including media outreach, reporting, social listening, event support, and content development. You’ll work closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and contribute to ongoing storytelling that connects with global audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of PR or marketing experience and a passion for sport, culture, and global brand work.

You Have These:

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
