Job Description

Join us for six intense months in our Egypt Information System (IS) Team to gain essential professional skills and global exposure. This Graduate In Training Program focuses on providing IT service and user support, infrastructure assistance, application management, and contributing to IT operations and documentation within Valeo's IS Team in Egypt.

Good To Have:

Arabic and French language skills.

Must Have:

Providing first and second-level technical support to internal users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Supporting the maintenance and monitoring of core IT infrastructure, including local area networks (LANs), servers, and security systems.
Assisting with the deployment, configuration, and testing of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, internal tools) and ensuring system integrity.
Contributing to IT projects, creating detailed technical documentation, and assisting in routine tasks related to data backups and disaster recovery planning.
Must be a 2025 Graduate.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent command of English (written and verbal communication is essential).
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an agile, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

Academic Status: Must be a 2025 Graduate.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related technical field.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen interest in complex technical challenges.
Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English (written and verbal communication is essential). Arabic and French are a plus.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an agile, high-performing team environment.

Program Details

Duration: 6 months, with renewal possibility based on performance and program needs.
