Must Have

• Participate in a structured managerial development program covering sales, customer service, fleet management, and human resources.
• Manage and motivate your team to ensure exceptional customer experience and strong employee engagement.
• Be responsible for integrating, training, and developing your teams.
• Manage commercial objectives and animate agency sales to achieve quantitative and qualitative results.
• Monitor agency performance and deploy actions to improve results.
• Manage agency vehicles, optimizing their use and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and agency appearance.
• Manage the agency budget and propose optimizations for costs and operational efficiency.
• Hold a Master's degree or equivalent obtained within the last two years.
• Have significant first experience in sales and/or management.
• Be ready to take first steps in agency management and evolve quickly.
• Possess a strong results-oriented culture and ability to unite teams.
• Be passionate about customer relations and providing exceptional experience.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit: ambitious, determined, and motivated.
• Possess a valid B driving license.
• Be mobile throughout France during and after the program.
• Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You participate in a structured managerial development program in several phases, covering the main areas of expertise for an Agency Manager: sales, customer service, fleet management, and human resources, while benefiting from exposure to different types of agencies during your rotations.
• You manage and motivate your team to ensure an exceptional customer experience and strong commitment from each employee. You will be responsible for the integration, training, and development of your teams.
• You are in charge of managing commercial objectives and animating agency sales, implementing levers to achieve quantitative and qualitative results. You monitor your agency's performance, initiate and deploy actions to improve results.
• You manage the agency's vehicles by optimizing their use and profitability. You also ensure compliance with internal procedures and the appearance of the agency.
• You manage your agency's budget and are proactive in proposing cost optimizations and improving operational efficiency.

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education and experience You have obtained a Master's degree or equivalent within the last two years and have significant first experience in sales and/or management. You are ready to take your first steps in agency management and evolve quickly.
• Management skills You have a strong results-oriented culture and are able to unite your teams to achieve commercial and service objectives.
• Passion for customer relations You make it a point of honor to satisfy your customers and offer them an exceptional experience.

• Mobility and license You have a valid B driving license and are mobile throughout France during your training program and after your graduation to take responsibility for your first agency.
