Job Description
- Familiarity with lab measurements using VNA and calibration kit
- Familiarity with using Python for tests script
- Familiarity with Cadence tools such as APD or PCB Editor
- Familiarity with presenting data and ideas to a diverse audience
- Student in Master or Ph.D preferred degree program
- Existing understanding of semiconductor packaging/integration technology such as signal/power integrity, mechanical and assembly process

What We're Looking For
- Student in Master or Ph.D preferred degree program
You must have existing understanding of at least one of the following:
- Semiconductor packaging/integration technology such as signal/power integrity, mechanical and assembly process.
The best candidate will also be familiar with:
- Lab measurements using VNA and calibration kit.
- Using Python for tests script.
- Cadence tools such as APD or PCB Editor
- Presenting the data and ideas to a diverse audience.
