Job Description

The Graveyard Shift Account Manager at DotYeti is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, managing client relationships from initial contact to after-sales support, particularly for Royal Clients. Responsibilities include managing the client-production cycle, providing after-sales support (design revisions, requests), maintaining frequent client contact to understand their needs, resolving complaints, negotiating agreements between the production team and clients, and assigning appropriate teams to handle client requests. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, strong communication skills, negotiation skills, fluency in Google Suite, and excellent organizational and time-management skills.

As an Account Manager at DotYeti, you will manage client relationships. We expect you to be a reliable professional who will be able to achieve a balance between client orientation and the creatives team, in a results-driven approach. The ideal candidate must have talent in communication and experience in customer service.


Here’s what you’ll do...
  • Manage the client-production cycle, from establishing a client contact to after-sales support especially for Royal Clients.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the clients’ dedication (including but not limited to design revisions and requests)
  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at client contentment and the preservation of the company-client relationship.
  • Negotiate agreements between the production team and the clients.
  • Assigning the appropriate team to handle client's requests.

This role is perfect for you if...
  • You have 1-2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service roles.
  • You are knowledgeable of market research, and negotiating principles.
  • You are fluenct in G Suites (Google)
  • You have excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to build relationships.
  • You have organizational and time-management skills. Enthusiastic and passionate
