Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring and retaining new clients, expanding Booming Games's presence in existing and future markets, particularly the UK and USA. This role involves developing business strategies, managing key client portfolios, identifying new opportunities, negotiating agreements, and representing the company at industry events to drive revenue growth and brand recognition.

Must Have:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales/business development experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Deep experience in the UK and USA markets with an established network of industry contacts.
  • Fluent in English with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and deal negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to structure and close complex agreements.
  • Skilled in managing and expanding existing client portfolios.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and proactive mindset.

About the role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will focus on be responsible for gaining and retaining new clients, growing Booming Games's presence and popularity in the existing and future markets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the company’s growth and brand recognition across the UK and USA markets, leveraging deep regional expertise.
  • Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products, solutions, and services to effectively position them with clients.
  • Manage and expand an existing portfolio of key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Negotiate agreements with clients to secure favorable terms and build sustainable, long-term relationships.
  • Convert leads and opportunities into new business while strengthening existing client relationships.
  • Proactively engage with potential and current clients through regular meetings, calls, and presentations.
  • Analyze client needs and market dynamics to tailor solutions, commercial offers, and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the UK/USA to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, product, and operations) to finalize commercial contracts and agreements.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences in the region.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance, pipeline, and client portfolio health.
  • Undertake any additional tasks as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

  • Proven Expertise: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive sales/business development experience within the iGaming industry, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Market Knowledge: Demonstrated success and deep experience in the UK and USA markets, with an established network of industry contacts.
  • Communication Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial Acumen: Thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and deal negotiation techniques, with the ability to structure and close complex agreements.
  • Client-Centric: Skilled in managing and expanding existing client portfolios while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently to meet with clients, attend industry events, and represent the company internationally.
  • Personal Attributes: Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient, with a proactive mindset.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and contribute to a collaborative, high-performance culture.

  • This full-time position can be a permanent employment in Malta or on a freelance basis for contractors in the other countries
