We are looking for a dedicated, reliable, and discreet Personal Assistant / Management Assistant (m/f/d) to support our management in Hamburg. The role involves comprehensive organizational and administrative support, planning and coordination of appointments, meetings, and business trips, creating presentations and reports, managing confidential documents, and supporting projects and strategic initiatives.
Must Have
- Comprehensive organizational and administrative support for management
- Planning, coordination, and follow-up of appointments, meetings, and business trips
- Creation of presentations, reports, and decision templates
- Management of confidential documents and information
- Communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners
- Support for projects, special tasks, and strategic initiatives
- Responsibility for professional office management (e.g., suppliers, mail, equipment)
- Reception and care of guests and business partners
- Completed commercial training or degree in office management, communication, or similar
- Several years of professional experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a comparable position
- Excellent organizational skills and a high degree of initiative
- Discreet, proactive, and service-oriented way of working
- Fluent communication in German and English, both written and spoken
- Proficient in common Office programs (Google Workspace)
- Friendly, professional demeanor, as well as loyalty and team spirit

Responsibilities
- Comprehensive organizational and administrative support for management
- Planning, coordination, and follow-up of appointments, meetings, and business trips
- Creation of presentations, reports, and decision templates
- Management of confidential documents and information
- Communication and coordination with internal departments and external partners

Requirements
