Location: Cincinnati, OH or Seattle, WA

Job Summary:

As the Group Product Manager for Fulfillment, you will be responsible for owning the charter of driving margin and efficiency improvement initiatives in the fulfillment ops within our organization. This critical role requires a deep understanding of data analysis, business acumen, and the ability to leverage insights to identify and execute impactful product strategies. Your primary focus will be on exploring and exploiting opportunities to enhance profitability across our service trades for facilities maintenance.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the product
  • Identify product opportunities by developing a deep understanding of user problems, technology solutions and the company’s capabilities
  • Manage associate product managers
  • Participate in product planning across multiple product teams
  • Evaluate potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
  • Create epics, themes, and user stories to define product requirements
  • Actively collaborate with design and engineering throughout the product lifecycle – from design through delivery
  • Work effectively across product teams to deliver cohesive end-to-end user experiences
  • Create and execute product go-to-market plans
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

 

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 6+ years in product management
  • Proven track record of successful product delivery, even in the face of obstacles
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
  • Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
