We are looking for a data-driven and creative Growth - Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time. You'll collaborate with the creative, product, and growth teams to drive user acquisition and retention through paid campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with ad platforms, optimising funnels, and scaling campaigns with precision.

Must Have:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics like CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions.
  • Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with creative/content teams to develop ad assets.
  • Manage budgets and drive ROI.
  • 1+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other paid channels.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and UTM tagging.
  • Understanding of how creatives and landing pages impact performance.
