Job Description

Nasdaq is seeking a GTM Engineer for its Capital Access Platforms division. This role involves implementing and optimizing Nasdaq’s GTM tech stack to drive growth in MQL volume, opportunity creation, and bookings. The engineer will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to execute GTM tech, build revenue workflows, enable teams, maintain reporting dashboards, and explore emerging technologies. The ideal candidate thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and technology, aiming to build systems that deliver measurable revenue impact.
Must have:
  • Support GTM Tech Execution: Implement and maintain integrations between platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, and chatbots.
  • Build and Maintain Revenue Workflows: Assist in automating lead scoring, routing, and multi-channel outreach.
  • Enable Sales and Marketing Teams: Provide training and support to help teams self-serve using GTM tools and dashboards.
  • Maintain Reporting Dashboards: Own dashboards that surface actionable insights and performance metrics.
  • Explore Emerging Tech: Research and support implementation strategies for new tools like Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and AI-powered marketing solutions.
  • Assist with Vendor Management: Support vendor coordination, invoicing, and ROI tracking.
  • Proven experience in Sales Tech, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Technology roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and GTM platforms like 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Chatbots.
  • Expertise of the full Sales funnel, with an emphasis on Lead management best practices and operations.
  • Understanding of marketing automation, CRM integrations, and campaign execution.

  • Support GTM Tech Execution: Implement and maintain integrations between platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, and chatbots, following standardized campaign structures and UTM parameters defined by strategic leads.
  • Build and Maintain Revenue Workflows: Assist in automating lead scoring, routing, and multi-channel outreach using tools and predictive platforms.
  • Enable Sales and Marketing Teams: Provide training and support to help teams self-serve using GTM tools and dashboards. Ensure consistent adoption of the tech stack across campaigns and programs.
  • Maintain Reporting Dashboards: Own dashboards that surface actionable insights and performance metrics, contributing to scalable, self-serve reporting across CAP.
  • Explore Emerging Tech: Research and support implementation strategies for new tools like Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and AI-powered marketing solutions, in alignment with enterprise GTM governance.
  • Assist with Vendor Management: Support vendor coordination, invoicing, and ROI tracking to ensure cost-effective GTM execution.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in Sales Tech, Marketing Operations, or Revenue Technology roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, and GTM platforms like 6sense, ZoomInfo, and Chatbots.
  • Expertise of the full Sales funnel, with an emphasis on Lead management best practices and operations.
  • Understanding of marketing automation, CRM integrations, and campaign execution.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones with clear communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for building systems that connect data, tools, and teams to drive revenue.

Location & Collaboration

This global role is based in London and reports to the Manager, Performance Marketing. You’ll collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, and work in alignment with strategic orchestration leads to ensure consistency in campaign hierarchy, data flows, and reporting standards.
