Job Description

Marvell's switching customer solution group within the NSX team is focused on transforming networking from traditional data transport to enabling dynamic services and applications. This role involves assisting in customer hardware/software evaluations, supporting lab activities such as board-level bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting. The intern will perform lab measurements and data analysis for high-speed interfaces and create detailed test reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams to adapt and integrate tools that support engineering workflows.

Must Have:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Solid understanding of fundamental electronics concepts, including circuit elements, high-speed analog and mixed-signal design, signal integrity, and board layout
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and basic experience using schematic and PCB design tools
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn

What You Can Expect

  • Assist in customer hardware/software evaluations, including schematic and layout reviews
  • Support lab activities such as board-level bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting
  • Perform lab measurements and data analysis for high-speed interfaces (e.g., PCIe, Ethernet SerDes)
  • Create detailed and professional test reports for internal and customer use
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt and integrate tools that support engineering workflows

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related fields with an anticipated graduation date between Winter 2026 and Spring 2027
  • Solid understanding of fundamental electronics concepts, including circuit elements, high-speed analog and mixed-signal design, signal integrity, and board layout.
  • Familiarity with lab equipment and basic experience using schematic and PCB design tools.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

27 - 53, $ per hour.

The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
