Motorola's Access Control Division's (previously OpenPath, now Avigilon Alta) mission is to improve your workday with smart office technology at your front door. We are looking for candidates who can help us build, scale and innovate as we develop our industry leading platform for access control and office automation. Strong analytical and software skills are a must in order to join our team, and we are particularly seeking candidates with experience and skills in multiple technologies, in order to contribute broadly to our team-centric approach to product development.
Job Description
This Hardware Test Engineer is responsible for hardware quality of both existing and new products. This position requires significant cross-functional collaboration with customer support, QA, product management, and software and hardware development groups. The ideal candidate is both disciplined in their approach to engineering and passionate about delivering high-quality product experiences.
This position is based in our Culver City, CA location so the candidate must reside in the Greater Los Angeles Area as you will be required to go into the office 3-5 days per week.

Target Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000
