Job Description

Eneba is seeking a Head of Commerce to lead its global commerce strategy for B2C digital products. This role involves driving commercial growth, evolving product assortment, monetization models, and supplier partnerships to scale marketplace GMV and margins. The Head of Commerce will lead the Commerce team, collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on new category launches and market entries, and directly impact top-line revenue. The Commerce team manages supplier and merchant partnerships, develops assortment and pricing strategies, and negotiates purchase terms, focusing on significant GMV growth. Key projects include expanding gaming and mobile gaming assortment, launching prepaid categories, and exploring new monetization models to improve profitability.
Must have:
  • Expertise in B2C gaming, gift cards, or prepaid digital products.
  • Leadership experience managing and scaling teams of 5+.
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to driving commercial initiatives.
  • Strong skills in category management, supplier partnerships, pricing, and monetization.
  • Proven success scaling GMV and margins in e-commerce/marketplaces.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience launching new categories and driving market expansion.

About the Role

As the Head of Commerce, you will lead Eneba's global commerce strategy, owning commercial growth across our B2C . You will drive the evolution of our product assortment, monetization models, and supplier partnerships, playing a critical role in scaling our marketplace GMV and margins.You will lead the Commerce team as a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader, collaborating closely with Product and Marketing teams to launch new categories and enter new markets. Your work will directly impact our top-line revenue and define the future growth trajectory of Eneba.

About the Team

The Commerce team plays a key role in driving company growth by managing supplier and merchant partnerships, developing assortment and pricing strategies, and negotiating purchase terms. We drive business expansion through new market entry, the launch of strategic product categories, and ongoing portfolio optimization. The team is focused on driving significant incremental growth in GMV over the next few years.

Key projects include:

- Expanding the gaming and mobile gaming supply-side assortment
- Launching and scaling prepaid categories like gift cards and mobile call credits
- Exploring new monetization models aimed at improving marketplace profitability





Responsibilities

    • Own and evolve Eneba’s global commerce strategy across digital product categories
    • Manage and optimize category assortment, pricing strategies and take rates to drive monetization
    • Build, lead, and mentor a team of 7-10 
    • Expand supplier partnerships and negotiate commercial terms to improve margins and assortment depth
    • Drive new category launches 
    • Lead monetization initiatives and new GMV initiatives
    • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to deliver commercial success

Must-have Requirements

    • Proven expertise in the B2C gaming, gift cards, or prepaid digital products market
    • Leadership experience managing and scaling teams of 5+ people
    • Hands-on, entrepreneurial operator who drives commercial initiatives from strategy to execution
    • Strong skills in category management, supplier partnerships, pricing strategy, and monetization
    • Demonstrated success scaling GMV and margins in e-commerce or marketplace environments
    • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and overcome organizational resistance
    • Experience launching new categories and driving market expansion

Nice-to-have Requirements

    • Experience in fraud prevention, digital payments, subscriptions, or virtual goods
