Head of GTM Operations & Engineering

We are seeking a Head of GTM Operations & Engineering to design and scale Lovable’s growth engine. This role involves building the data, tools, and processes that power sales, marketing, and customer success, transforming GTM into a repeatable, AI-driven machine. The ideal candidate will have experience leading GTM Ops in a fast-scaling SaaS or AI startup, with strong command of sales systems, data architecture, and GTM analytics.

Must Have

• Experience leading GTM Ops, RevOps, or Growth Engineering in a fast-scaling SaaS or AI startup
• Strong command of sales systems, data architecture, and GTM analytics
• Track record building automation, tooling, and processes that drive revenue efficiency
• Analytical thinker with deep fluency in SQL, dashboards, and forecasting models
• Architect and lead GTM systems (CRM design, reporting, automations, integrations)
• Build clean, actionable GTM data for precision forecasting and revenue visibility
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance on territory design, capacity planning, and performance tracking
• Evaluate and deploy AI-powered tools to accelerate productivity and decision-making
• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that make business health instantly visible
• Run annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning headcount, pipeline, and investment priorities
• Drive continuous improvement, automating work, reducing friction, and scaling what works
