Job Description

The Head of Marketing will lead Mantle Network's marketing efforts, developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration. This role requires leading a high-performing team, collaborating with senior leadership, overseeing all aspects of marketing (brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and PR), executing multi-channel campaigns, analyzing KPIs, managing budgets, and building relationships with external partners. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in blockchain or Web3, with a proven track record of success and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, managing large-scale marketing budgets, and driving measurable ROI.

Mantle is building the largest sustainable hub for on-chain finance. Through its core products — Mantle Network, mETH Protocol, and FBTC — Mantle is building banking for the next generation by leveraging the transformative power of blockchain. Anchored by the Mantle Treasury, the largest community-owned treasury in the ecosystem, Mantle ensures robust liquidity and financial stability. With over $4.3 billion in assets, it actively funds core product development and fosters the growth of asset partners, such as Agora AUSD, Ethena USDe, Ondo USDY, and EigenLayer restaking, enhancing sustainable yield, deep liquidity, and financial utility on the Mantle Network.

Mantle Network is an Ethereum Layer 2 — the foundation for our diverse range of products and applications — known for its modular design and as the first adopter of EigenLayer and EigenDA.

Mantle Network aims to be the "Liquidity Chain" to drive capital efficiency in the on-chain economy through modular architecture, data availability solutions, and zero-knowledge proofs.

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Marketing to lead the Mantle Network vertical, crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to amplify our brand presence, engage global audiences, and position Mantle as a leader in the blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine a deep passion for blockchain technology with proven marketing leadership, bringing a strategic and creative mindset to elevate Mantle's impact on the global stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and market penetration.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-business unit executives, to define marketing goals, priorities, and budgets.

  • Oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and public relations.

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach target audiences and drive lead generation, conversion, and retention.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness, ROI, and campaign performance.

  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing spend to achieve business goals and maximize ROI.

  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, vendors, and industry stakeholders to support marketing initiatives and partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably in the blockchain, technology, or Web3 space.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience managing large-scale marketing budgets and driving measurable ROI.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and solve complex marketing challenges.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
