Job Description
RoofTravel seeks a Head of Product to define and drive product strategy across multiple business lines. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a high-performing product team, collaborating with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales, prioritizing features based on data and user needs, translating complex technical challenges into simple solutions, and staying ahead of industry trends. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of product management experience with a strong technical background and experience in e-commerce or travel technology. A deep understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to scale platforms internationally are essential. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities;
· Define and drive the product strategy across multiple business lines
· Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team
· Work cross-functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales to deliver best-in-class products
· Prioritize features and roadmap based on data, user needs, and business goals
· Translate complex technical challenges into simple, scalable solutions
· Stay ahead of trends in technology, travel, and e-commerce to guide product vision
Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience in product management, including significant leadership responsibility
· Strong technical background with the ability to engage confidently with engineering teams
· Experience in e-commerce or travel technology, tourism,
· Deep understanding of the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and scaling
· Strong product intuition backed by data-driven thinking
· Background in scaling platforms for international markets
· Familiarity with mobile apps, SaaS, or complex back-end systems
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
· Proven success in building digital products used at scale
· Fluent in English (written and spoken)
