This transformational role involves building world-class development capabilities and overseeing technology professionals across multiple teams. The successful candidate will create a cost-effective, high-quality technology hub integral to global operations, building sustainable operations from the ground up and serving as the single point of accountability for all India technology operations.

The successful candidate will create a cost-effective, high-quality technology hub that becomes integral to our global operations. This role requires someone who can build sustainable operations from the ground up while serving as our single point of accountability for all technology operations in India.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

  • Lead and inspire a large technology organization of professionals across multiple disciplines

Required Qualifications

Leadership Experience

  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology organizations
  • Proven track record of managing large teams (300+ people preferred)
  • Experience in scaling operations and managing rapid organizational growth
  • Strong background in people management, team building, and talent development

Technical Understanding

  • Solid understanding of technology fundamentals without requiring hands-on coding
  • Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and translate them for business stakeholders
  • Experience with modern software development practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Understanding of technology infrastructure, security, and operational requirements

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and rapport
  • Natural consultation and advisory style that makes others seek your input
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively in diverse environments

Business Acumen

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience with metrics-driven decision making and performance management
  • Understanding of business operations and commercial drivers
  • Ability to balance technical excellence with business pragmatism
  • Experience in budget management and resource optimization
