Job Description

Neolytix is seeking a Healthcare Account SME/Team Lead to lead a team of Customer Service Professionals, manage client queries and escalations, monitor workflows to meet SLAs, track metrics, develop processes to improve productivity, participate in pilot projects, resolve personnel issues, and identify trends to aid collections. The role also involves administrative responsibilities and may require performing follow-up work. The ideal candidate will have experience with Athena EMR/EHR. The company has a strong reputation with a 4.7 star rating on Google and a 4.2 star rating on Glassdoor.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Lead a team of Customer Service Professionals.
  • Respond to clients on any process related queries and manage 1st level escalations.
  • Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLA’s.
  • Tracking and maintaining metrics for a variety of data includes attendance, productivity, etc.
  • Develop processes to improve productivity and quality of the team.
  • Participate in the new pilots projects & work towards proper transition of knowledge to team.
  • Work with managers to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
  • In addition to administrative responsibilities, the Team leader may be expected to perform follow-up work as well depending upon the requirement.
  • Identify trends within the portfolio to aid collections and improve the productivity.
  • Experience with Athena EMR/EHR is preferred


Technical Requirements:

  • Internet speed of 30MBPS or higher.
  • i5 or higher processor/Mac 2020 or later.
  • Minimum of 8 GB RAM.
  • Private and quiet dedicated home office area.
  • Backups in case of power or Telco interruptions.
  • Good headset and webcam.

Job Type: Full-time - Hybrid
