We are currently looking for an HR Advisor to continue help grow our award-winning agency.
The Role:
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Directors of HR and broader HR team in supporting the needs of the department and overall business. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation and employment law compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain solid understanding of 160over90 business and functions to provide support and guidance
- Liaise with HR Operations, Learning & Organizational Development, and IT teams with respect to onboarding and orientation logistics for new hires.
- Manage 160over90-specific onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a high touch onboarding experience for all employees.
- Partner with HRBPs, Finance and Recruitment teams on staffing/headcount and reporting. Support with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests as assigned.
- Partner with HR Operations to ensure Workday transactions, including new hires, job changes, and promotions, are completed with accuracy.
- Assists with maintenance of company organization charts and the employee directory.
- Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
- Assist with managing employee documentation, meeting and maintaining departmental standards and project deadlines.
- Provide recommendations on how processes and workflows can be improved.
- May also be required to carry out any other duties and ad hoc projects which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge or interest in applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources
- Ability to relate to and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization
- Able to work with a variety of personalities and develop strong effective working relationships within the 160over90 business and functions and with other members of the HR team, in a confident and proactive manner.
- Previous HR Coordinator or Associate experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with MS Office and data entry with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills in person and via phone and email
- Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality
- Ability to respond with urgency to employee requests
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong team player and able to recognize when help is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or HR certification preferred
Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Range Minimum:
$60,406 annually
Hiring Range Maximum:
