The HR Assistant (Recruitment-focused) position at Ekino, powered by HavasCX, involves supporting HR operations across recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the hiring process, managing the ATS, and building talent pipelines. Must Have:- Source and screen qualified profiles for in-charge positions.
- Administer and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Manage the full applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Build and nurture talent pipeline.
- Coordinate employer branding and communication activities.
- Conduct and improve orientation process for new hires.
- Support in seeking public training courses/programs.
- Coordinate preparation for organizing training courses.
- Monitor and track training data.
- Coordinate HR processes including relocation and employment termination.
- Update employee data accurately and timely.
- Monitor expiry of employee labor contracts.
- Deliver good HR service to employees.
- Provide support to the performance evaluation process.
- Propose and join initiatives for developing resources.
- Advise management on improving HR services.
- Partner with Trade Union committee for company events.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
