Job Description

The Group HR Data Analyst at Ubisoft, within the People Analytics Team, is responsible for collecting, structuring, analyzing, and visualizing HR data to provide relevant insights for strategic and operational decisions. This role is crucial for the data-driven transformation of the HR function, working under the HR Data Analytics Manager. Key responsibilities include creating interactive dashboards, performing descriptive analyses on HR themes like workforce and diversity, and collaborating with various teams to improve data quality and support HR digitalization projects.
Must have:
  • Collect, cleanse and structure HR data from various sources.
  • Create interactive dashboards and automated reports.
  • Carry out descriptive and exploratory analyses on HR themes.
  • Provide ad hoc analyses to HR teams and managers.
  • Identify trends, correlations and areas for improvement based on data.
  • Participate in defining and monitoring HR KPIs.
  • Work closely with HR, IT, Data and Finance teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR data quality.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR digitalization projects.
  • Master one or more visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of Excel, SQL.
  • Solid grasp of mathematical principles behind statistics.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail, ability to popularize data.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Within the People Analytics Team, the Group HR Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, structuring, analyzing and visualizing HR data to provide relevant insights to support strategic and operational decisions. He/she plays a key role in the data-driven transformation of the HR function under HR Data Analytics Manager.

Analysis & Visualization

  • Collect, cleanse and structure HR data from various sources (HRIS, surveys, internal tools).
  • Create interactive dashboards and automated reports (Power BI, Microstrategy, Tableau, etc.).
  • Carry out descriptive and exploratory analyses on HR themes: workforce, mobility, diversity, performance, etc.

Decision Support

  • Provide ad hoc analyses to HR teams and managers.
  • Identify trends, correlations and areas for improvement based on data.
  • Participate in defining and monitoring HR KPIs.

Collaboration & Data Quality

  • Work closely with HR, IT, Data and Finance teams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR data quality.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR digitalization projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant experience

You have had a first experience in data analysis.

Skills and knowledge

  • You master one or more vizualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel, SQL. Python or R would be a plus.
  • You have a solid grasp of the mathematical principles behind statistics.
  • Fluent English is essential, French is a plus.
  • You have an analytical mindset, rigor, attention to detail, ability to popularize data.
