As an HR Executive at PTW, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department in various tasks, including employee onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. Responsibilities include preparing new hire documentation, facilitating new employee orientation programs, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, assisting in setting up employee workstations and access, maintaining and updating employee records, providing support to employees regarding leaves and compensation, handling day-to-day HR inquiries, maintaining employee files, assisting in handling employee queries, participating in employee engagement initiatives, supporting in organizing company events, promoting HR programs, helping organize training & development initiatives, assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
