We are seeking an HR Specialist / Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) to join our HR team in Munich as a parental leave replacement, for a fixed term until at least February 28, 2027. This position is full-time or part-time (minimum 30 hours/week). The role offers diverse and varied tasks in a dynamic environment with a supportive team. Flexible working arrangements, including partial remote work, are encouraged. The compensation package includes salary, pension plan, sick pay, and various insurance benefits. Responsibilities include being a direct contact for employees from over 30 countries, providing administrative support from hiring to departure, creating employment contracts and certificates, corresponding in German and English, maintaining HR information systems (SAP and Workday), and assisting with payroll (basic knowledge of social security and income tax is advantageous). You will also support local HR managers in daily operations.
Must have:
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication in German
  • Good communication in English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Careful and accurate work style
  • Service-oriented behavior
Good to have:
  • Commercial apprenticeship or comparable degree
  • Prior experience in SAP HR and/or Workday
  • Experience with international companies
  • Basic knowledge of social security and income tax

Job Details

Als Elternzeitvertretung für unser HR Team in München suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin befristet bis mindestens zum 28.02.2027 einen HR Specialist / Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit mit einer Arbeitszeit von mindestens 30 Stunden/Woche.

Aufgaben:

  • Direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere Mitarbeitenden aus mehr als 30 Ländern an unserem Standort in München

  • Administrative Unterstützung bei der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden von der Einstellung bis zum Austritt, wie z.B.:

  • Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen sowie Ausstellen von Bescheinigungen

  • Schriftliche und mündliche Korrespondenz in deutscher und englischer Sprache

  • Pflege der Personalinformationssysteme SAP und Workday

  • Mitwirkung bei der Gehaltsabrechnung, hierbei sind Grundkenntnisse im Bereich Sozialversicherung und Lohnsteuer von Vorteil

  • Unterstützung der lokalen HR Manager im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Anforderungen:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich oder vergleichbares Studium

  • 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung (auch aus Werkstudententätigkeiten) in vergleichbarer oder verwandter Position

  • Wünschenswert wären Vorkenntnisse in SAP HR und/oder Workday

  • Keine Berührungsängste mit einem international ausgerichteten Unternehmen

  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Deutsch und gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch

  • Routinierte Anwendung der MS Office-Programme

  • Sorgfältige und genaue Arbeitsweise mit Sensibilität für Details, auch unter Termindruck Dienstleistungsorientiertes Verhalten gegenüber unseren externen als auch internen Gesprächspartnern
