Role Summary:
- Taking care of Mold equipment and relates tooling in operation back end in NXP Bangkok.
- Seeking for improvement in responsible area for company growth.
- Work with other departments / processes both up / downstream processes to achieved company goal.
Job Responsibility:
- Continue to practice problem solving skill to overcome daily machine trouble or assigned project with good engineering mindset.
- Keep monitoring and continue to improve machine performance KPI ( MTBF/MTBA/ Unschedule downtime/Cost saving .. etc ) to be able to achieve target.
- Create/Routine review on documents, standard work for line maintenance include training for line maintenance and PM.
- Develop improvements to enhance equipment reliability and scalability.
- Keep Improving equipment efficiency.
- Proactive thinking (creative & Initiative) and participating to the team.
- Ownership to the issue. Taking lead for any opportunities especially to equipment related topic.
Job Qualification:
- (education/major) Bachelor's degree in engineering related with mechanic , electronic or tooling field.
- (work experience) Not mandatory , If have intern background in semiconductor will be consider as a bonus.
- Understanding of ..
- problem solving tool and concept ,
- Statistical.
- Data analysis.
- CAD program
- Tool , Jig fixture measurement
- Background in : NCG no strict on background.
- Experience with/in : NCG no strict on experience.
