Working Student (f/m/d) Embedded Software for Product Demonstration/Evaluation
Job Description
- Basic understanding of CAN, Ethernet and SPI/I²C
- Basic understanding of usage of lab instruments (e.g. oscilloscope, function generator)
- Developing embedded SW and/or desktop applications
- Adaptation of existing SW to specific needs
- Buildup of automotive ethernet audio networks
- Benchmarking and analyzing of automotive ethernet audio devices
- Buildup of CAN testbenches
- Documentation of implemented SW and HW setups
- Experience with programming language C and C++ (or other object-oriented language)
- Experience with 32-bit Arm microcontrollers
- Student of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Interest in Embedded Systems is necessary
- First experience with automotive systems
- Capable to communicate and interact in English
- Analytical thinking and good communication skills

Responsibilities:

Preferred background:
Experience with:
- Programming language C and C++ (or other object-oriented language)
- 32-bit Arm microcontrollers expected
Knowledge of:
- CAN, Ethernet and SPI/I²C – basic understanding
- Usage of lab instruments (e.g. oscilloscope, function generator) – basic understanding
Your Profile:
- Student of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Interest in Embedded Systems is necessary
- First experience with automotive systems and able to work independently and accurately
- Likes to work in a high-tech company, cutting edge, with international exposure
- Passion to work in a multi-national team, capable to communicate and interact in English
- Analytical thinking and good communication skills

The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
The assignment may/will be in scope of security certifications, therefore a conscious and reliable way of working is necessary.
