We’re hiring an HR Trainee for a 3-month, performance-based program leading to a potential full-time role. Based onsite in Phase 8, DHA Lahore, you'll support core HR functions including onboarding, HRIS updates, attendance tracking, employee engagement, and cultural initiatives. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of HR experience. It’s a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure and grow within a dynamic, people-focused HR team.
Must have:
  • Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HRIS entries.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave processing, and documentation.
  • Help prepare internal letters, memos, and HR-related communications.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions and employee programs.
  • Assist in ensuring policy compliance and documentation.
  • Assist in Benefit Management including Insurance.
  • Support execution of engagement activities, wellness programs, and cultural events.
  • Help manage employee feedback mechanisms and assist in survey analysis.
  • Assist in rolling out performance management cycles and tracking progress.
  • Contribute to internal communication and employer branding initiatives.
  • Participate in organizational culture-building and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools; experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • Energetic, dependable, and eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
