Job Description

Bosch is establishing its first regional HR Service Hub for Central Eastern Europe in Vecsés, Hungary, and is seeking motivated, service-minded team members with high customer orientation. The role involves active participation in HR back office processes, specifically focusing on exit workforce management. Responsibilities include screening, processing, and editing incoming orders, data maintenance in the SAP system, and communicating with HR Business Partners and associates. The trainee will also support the team with administrative tasks. This is an opportunity to contribute to shaping beneficial technologies and improve quality of life globally.
Good To Have:
  • Experience with SAP
Must Have:
  • Active or passive student status (under 25)
  • Higher education in economics or HR
  • Minimum 25-30 hours/week commitment for at least 1 year
  • Intermediate English proficiency
  • Native-level Hungarian language skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills

Képzettség

  • Active or (under 25) passive, full-time student status
  • Higher education in economics or HR
  • A commitment of at least 25-30 hours per week for a long term period of at least 1 year
  • At least intermediate level of English 
  • Native-level Hungarian language skills
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Experience with SAP is an advantage
