1. Familiar with the operation of business teams, deeply understand the business, effectively diagnose and analyze team or individual problems, integrate needs and information, and provide feasible HR backend suggestions;
2. Cooperate with and influence team leaders, form efficient interaction with team members in team management and construction, and expand communication channels;
3. Manage and optimize human resources related work such as organizational structure, staffing and allocation, personnel development and capability building, employee relations, and cultural construction for the supported departments;
4. Participate in HR special projects, actively cooperate with and promote the efficient implementation of HR policies and plans on the business side;
5. Daily HR work of the business team, including data analysis and feedback, onboarding and offboarding management, etc.
1. Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university, 3+ years of HRBP experience, experience in large internet/gaming/retail FMCG companies preferred;
2. Understand the basic work of various HR modules, familiar with relevant national human resource policies, laws and regulations;
3. Self-driven, strong thinking ability, conscientious and responsible, approachable, able to adapt to the fast-paced work rhythm of the company;
4. Good at communication, possess good teamwork ability, strong promotion ability and execution ability.
