- Responsible for the early-stage creative and late-stage execution of key materials such as game promotional videos, PVs, animations, and TVCs, controlling material production time and quality.
- Responsible for the early-stage creative of videos, providing creative solutions and script outlines based on game brand image and promotional needs.
- Responsible for liaising with internal designers/suppliers, following up on execution and feedback, reasonably controlling time and quality, and promoting the smooth implementation of creative solutions.
- Lead the formulation of film concepts, text scripts and storyboards, camera movements, art style settings, mood boards, voiceovers, music and sound effects, etc., advance the entire production process, control quality throughout, and conduct acceptance.

Job Requirements
1. Film, animation directing related major preferred, 3+ years of work experience, understanding of promotional video production processes, and experience in creating commercial promotional videos (PV, CG, TVC, etc.).
2. Love games, have a deep understanding of the ACG style, be familiar with current trends in game marketing videos, and be able to quickly grasp the core selling points of game promotion.
3. Excellent brand understanding and creative ability, able to output excellent creative ideas that conform to marketing logic based on brand tone.
4. Creative, excellent visual and audio-visual aesthetics, excellent plot outline writing and script planning ability.
5. Understand 3D processes, have some knowledge of Unity/UE4 or other game engines, and be familiar with the use of various video software/plugins. Please attach works or work links.
