1. Support the operation of employer brand new media channels, including topic planning, content writing, scheduling, and performance review.
2. Participate in the implementation of employer brand activities, including but not limited to creative brainstorming, preliminary communication and preparation, event operation and on-site coordination, and public opinion tracking.
3. Assist in the planning and execution of other employer brand communication projects, including but not limited to social media topics, videos, graphics, and text.
1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program or above, working at least four days a week, with an internship period of 3 months or more (6 months preferred).
2. Experience in new media content production, operation, communication, and design skills is preferred, and a corresponding portfolio is required.
3. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, with excellent communication and execution skills.
4. Good internet sense, creative, familiar with social media channel operations and expression methods, with a keen perception and judgment of hot topics.
5. Familiarity with Papegames and the gaming industry, understanding of cutting-edge gaming trends, and knowledge of job seeker psychology are preferred.
