Job Description

1. Able to deeply understand and support the game development business logic, development process, and team pain points. Based on the team situation, formulate integrated human resources strategies suitable for different stages and provide organizational development suggestions. 2. Collaborate with team leaders for team management and construction, focusing on personnel development and conducting team building. 3. Build internal communication bridges and channels, establish effective and diversified communication channels and methods within the team, promote effective information transfer, promote team and organizational atmosphere construction, and create a safe and creative environment. 4. Independently complete the HR basic work of the supported business, and be able to lead or participate in HR special projects, actively cooperate with and promote the efficient implementation of HR policies and plans at the business end.

1、能够深入理解支持的游戏研发业务逻辑、开发流程及团队痛点,根据团队情况,制定适配不同阶段的整合的人力资源策略,提供组织发展建议。 2、协同团队负责人进行团队管理和建设,关注人员发展,进行梯队建设 3、搭建内部的沟通桥梁和渠道,在团队内建立有效和多样化的沟通渠道和方式,促进信息的有效传递,推动团队及组织氛围建设,塑造安心创作的乐土; 4、独立完成所支持业务的HR基础工作,能够主导或者参与HR专题项目,积极配合和推动HR政策和方案在业务端的高效落地。
