The Advertising Data Product Manager will be responsible for planning and designing data products for business advertising, aiming to enhance advertising efficiency and ROI. The manager will analyze factors affecting ad performance, propose optimization solutions, and collaborate with the publishing team to implement data-driven strategies. Continuous monitoring and iterative optimization of data products based on feedback are also key responsibilities.

  • Familiar with common BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.

Job Description

1. Responsible for data product planning and design for business advertising, outputting data solutions and promoting their implementation to improve advertising efficiency and ROI.

2. Responsible for designing the underlying data models and indicator systems for advertising data products, building and maintaining core data reports and monitoring dashboards for advertising business, and driving user growth through data insights.

3. Responsible for analyzing various factors affecting advertising effectiveness and user acquisition costs, and outputting feasible product optimization solutions based on business conditions.

4. Work closely with the publishing team to collaboratively produce data-driven advertising strategies and product solutions, enabling business teams to make data-driven decisions efficiently.

5. Able to continuously monitor the operation of advertising data products using data tools, iterate and optimize based on user feedback and business changes, ensuring product accuracy and user experience.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related fields.

2. 3+ years of experience in data product or data analyst roles, with advertising-related experience in the internet or gaming industry being a plus.

3. Possess excellent logical thinking and strong data sensitivity, capable of discerning business details and data correlations, and driving business optimization through data indicators.

4. Strong SQL ability, familiar with one of the commonly used BI tools in the industry (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

5. Possess excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, capable of efficiently promoting the implementation of complex data projects.

6. Bonus points: Experience in game UA, advertising, or marketing data analysis related projects.
