Job Description

Responsible for writing UA ad creative scripts for the Japanese server region, including but not limited to feed ads, live-action ad scripts, KOL secondary creation scripts, and graphic ad creatives and copy. Drive material progress, control material quality, and ensure timely delivery. Communicate and coordinate internal production processes and external vendors. Understand overseas markets, especially Japan's ad buying/marketing creative directions, and analyze ad performance data to iterate on materials and improve team efficiency.
Good To Have:
  • Creative experience with multiple hit ACG, casual simulation, or otome games.
  • Fluent in Japanese communication, able to skillfully browse Japanese game communities and media platforms.
  • Art or related design background, proficient in production software (PR, AE, PS, hand-drawing, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of Japanese advertising media channels, audience, product positioning, and ad data.
  • Excellent communication, organizational coordination, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent aesthetic ability, control over video rhythm, highlights, color, and composition.

Job Description

1. Responsible for writing UA ad creative scripts for the Japanese server region, including but not limited to feed ads, live-action ad scripts, KOL secondary creation scripts, and graphic ad creatives and copy.

2. Responsible for driving material progress, controlling material quality, and mastering material milestones. Ensure UA materials are delivered on time with quality and quantity, able to support material consumption at relevant project launch nodes, and be responsible for the display effect and quality of materials.

3. Responsible for communication and coordination of internal production processes, including but not limited to full communication between the advertising and design sides, as well as cross-departmental cooperation. Responsible for the entire process of creative direction - creative output - communication and production - material output - supervision and archiving - regular review.

4. Responsible for communication and coordination with external vendors.

5. Understand overseas markets, especially Japan's ad buying/marketing creative directions, regularly discover regional hot materials, and cooperate with products for content output. Combine advertising data to analyze the effect and direction of advertising materials, iterate materials for different channels, output methodologies for creative materials, and improve team efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in UA ad creative work, with overseas (especially Japan) creative experience, possessing excellent proposal ability and script/storyboard drawing ability.

2. Familiar with and understand popular creative methods and technologies, familiar with major game communities and media platforms in Japan, able to grasp local preferences, and have extensive accumulation in creative sources and inspiration mining. Good at communication and promotion, helping projects continuously output new creative ideas and implement them; able to professionally control and guide material quality.

3. Familiar with Papegames product content and style, able to discover unique highlights and core selling points from them.

4. Deep understanding of Japanese advertising media channel characteristics, audience characteristics, and product positioning, deep understanding of advertising material data, able to judge the pros and cons of materials from data, and have senior experience in game advertising.

5. Excellent communication and organizational coordination skills, good teamwork spirit.

6. Possess excellent aesthetic ability, excellent control and extraction ability for video rhythm and highlights, and professional and market-mainstream insights into color and composition.
